- This donation form is only for organizations in the downtown or SE Grand Rapids, Michigan area. Please contact your local Chick-fil-A for requests within your local community.
- We primarily honor requests for organizations within 10-15 miles of Chick-fil-A 28th & Beltline or Cascade (MI)
- Be sure to be as detailed as possible for the request so we can understand how to best partner with you
- Donation requests must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
- Requests are typically reviewed within 5-10 business days.
